The Best Offense is a Strong Defense

Greetings, Ninja!

According to the Centers for Disease Control (yep, we're kicking off this newsletter with some stats from the CDC), flu season warms up in October, peaks in February, and tapers off in March. Hopefully your office has avoided the misery and contagion, or maybe you've already survived a mini plague. In any case, now is not the time to let down your guard. You've got one more month of flu fightin' ahead of you, Ninja!

When it comes to staving off killer bugs, the best offense is a strong defense—AKA a tip-top immune system. You may be tempted to line up your colleagues and force-feed them multivitamins, but we've got a few ideas for easier (even fun!) ways to promote workplace wellness.

Yours in health!
