It’s Personal AND It’s Business

Greetings, Ninja!

We’d like to challenge the whole “It’s not personal, it’s business” approach to work.

As a Ninja, you spend the better part of your waking hours communicating with colleagues, sharing your ideas, distributing information, and solving problems. You’re an asset to your business because of the person you are—not in spite of it!

But, because we have such a personal connection to our work (and we’re only human), it can be tough to bounce back from emotionally trying situations. Office gossip, a project that flops, a manager who’s never satisfiedwe’ve all been there. And we’ve all survived. How?

Emotional resilience. Every Ninja’s got it, but how can we shore up even more for those days that tug at that very last nerve?

We’ve got some ideas.

Rock on!
