What to Ask Instead of 'What’s Your Passion?'
Greetings, Ninja!

Chances are you’ve had more than one coffee date with a disgruntled colleague who feels disconnected to their job. Maybe you’ve even been that disgruntled colleague on the receiving end of well-intentioned (but overwhelming) questions like "What’s your passion?" or "What do you really want to do?"

Next time you find yourself on either side of this conversation, get specific. For example, "What do you want to get really good at?" reveals the actual WORK that makes a person happy (not just the idea of it).

Now we’re getting somewhere, right? Keep reading—we’ve got tons more questions and resources to help you (or your frustrated friend) discover your purpose.

Rock on!
